Antti Johansson
Founder & CTO, Agile Coach
Antti, a visionary software developer and Chief Technology Officer at DTAL Technologies, has dedicated over two decades to refining his craft since graduating with a Master's in Computer Science from Aalto University, Finland. His journey began in large technology firms, where he honed his skills in software development using traditional waterfall methodologies. However, Antti's passion lies in transforming work into a more engaging, efficient, and enjoyable experience. This drive to create better products and foster meaningful collaboration led him to pioneer methodologies like Rapid Scrum, Lean Startup, and Design Sprint, culminating in the development of the DTAL Way: a unique blend of Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean principles. Beyond the office, Antti finds solace in the great outdoors, indulging in cycling and hiking adventures, often with his family by his side.
Jonas Larsson
Founder, Technologist, Architecture Strategist
Jonas Larsson brings his extensive experience in challenging software development environments into his current role as a Technology and Architecture Strategic Advisor at Dtal. With a deep-rooted passion for technology that began in his youth, Jonas has been programming since a young age, a skill that eventually led him to work across Southeast Asia. At Dtal, Jonas leverages his broad technical expertise to provide strategic guidance on technology and architecture to both the company and its clients. Known for his keen insight into emerging technologies, Jonas is adept at designing innovative solutions that align with business objectives and enhance client engagements. Specializing in the implementation and adoption of cutting-edge software solutions, Esther brings a keen eye for emerging technologies and industry trends to her role. Her collaborative approach ensures seamless integration and scalability, empowering businesses to thrive in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape. With a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from multinational corporations to startups, Esther possesses a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities inherent in various industries. Her project portfolio spans several dynamic industries such as FinTech, eCommerce, and EduTech. Outside of business hour, Esther maintains an active lifestyle, indulging her passion for cycling with regular 150km rides weekly with her her family. She also enjoys exploring nature through hiking with friends and family.
